Welcome to AskPRIA.com, operated by PRIA Technologies, LLC ("PRIA", "we", "us", or "our"), a Delaware limited liability company with its principal office at 12220 Birmingham Hwy, Atlanta, Georgia 30004. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services ("Services").
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States to use our Services.
2. Services Provided
PRIA offers tools and insights to help users understand the financial impact of government policies. This may include integrations with financial data sources, legislative tracking, AI summaries, and more. PRIA does not provide investment or financial advice.
3. Account Registration
You may be required to register. You agree to provide accurate info and secure your credentials.
4. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Some features use AI (e.g., OpenAI). Outputs may be incomplete or imprecise and are provided for informational purposes only.
5. No Financial Advice
PRIA Technologies does not offer personalized financial advice. Engagement with a PRIA Wealth advisor is subject to separate terms.
6. Beta Features
Some parts of the Services may be in beta and are offered "as is."
7. User Content & Data Licensing
You retain ownership of uploaded content but grant PRIA a non-exclusive license to process it for Services delivery.
8. Third-Party Services
We integrate with Plaid, AWS, OpenAI, and Calendly. Your use of these tools is subject to their terms.
9. Restrictions
- Do not use PRIA for unlawful activity.
- Do not attempt to breach or access PRIA systems without authorization.
10. Privacy
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
11. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in Delaware. Class actions are waived.
12. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify PRIA against misuse or violation of these Terms.
14. U.S. Use Only
Services are intended for U.S. residents only.
15. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
16. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
17. Severability
If one part is unenforceable, the rest remains valid.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Delaware law.
